About the Event
The 39th Intelligent Sensing Programme (ISP) organised by the ESP KTN, is taking place in Edinburgh on the 10th of December 2013 at the George Hotel. The ISP is a well-established and a successful forum for the communication of industry-focused sensors research, technology developments, and industrial needs analysis and collaboration building.
The programme for the 39th ISP contains technical presentations on innovative sensor technologies and their applications from large and small companies and from leading Scottish universities, including; Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling Universities. It also includes presentations on the use of sensors specific to Scottish industry.
This meeting will include presentations from Huw Davies of the Technology Strategy Board and Helen Viner of TRL; giving details of 2 new competitions. Huw will discuss the “Internet of Sensors”, which is to be launched on the 11th December and Helen will talk about “Remote Condition Monitoring – the Future Railway”, which is already open to applications.
